Since our company's main concern is providing a day-to-day efficient and prompt service, we would like to inform you that we are modifying and working on our website in order to facilitate the new Muisca process, so you are able to print invoices, labels, bar codes, update inventories, download transfer application forms and consult all your closing’s documents and any other transactions.
We have arranged a special agreement with the SIA so clients using our freight services only pay a monthly handling fee of $60.000 pesos (plus IVA tax) which will be invoiced during the account’s opening. This fee covers the opening process, freight authorizations, transfer application forms and the closing process. This payment must take place within the first days of each month; for example: a document is opened at the end of November to be used in December, then the monthly fee should be paid before December 10 at the latest, otherwise the client will not be able to access to the system. |

The decree 4496 of November 2008 postpones the effective date of decree 2101 (Muisca Process for Cargo Importation). The Importations Department informs to its customers about the existence of the following customs regulations: Decree 4496 of November 27, 2008, which postpones the effective date of Decree 2101 of 2008 until February 1, 2009, except for what it is provided in Article 1, which effective date was on June 13, 2008.
